Return Policy Details

Eligibility:

  • All antique stereographs purchased from WHS Stereoview are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and documentation intact.

Refund Process:

  • We will issue a full refund for the purchase price to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Free Return Shipping:

  • We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns within the continental United States and Canada.
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label (for domestic returns).
  4. Carefully package the stereoview in its original packaging.
  5. Attach the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest carrier location.

Exceptions

  • Custom framed stereoviews are not eligible for return unless damaged during shipping.
  • Stereoviews with signs of handling or display are not eligible for return.

Damaged Items

If your antique stereoview arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
